Some Distant Memory is a beautiful and innovative puzzle game made by Chromatoma Games, an indie studio in Japan that combines traditional visual novel and puzzle elements into a unique rhythm game. The gameplay revolves around pressing buttons to match the graphics shown on the screen, which looks like it was made from a mix of old photographs, videos, and illustrations. It’s simple on the surface, but soon starts to become more and more challenging as you progress. It’s the perfect game if you’re looking for something that’s both simple and deep. While it has simple gameplay, it features a lot of story and difficult puzzles. With a fun narrative and a few hours of gameplay, Some Distant Memory is a must-play game for all fans of visual novel. 8/10 Playrix Gameplay: Once again, I have to point out that the gameplay is incredibly simple at first glance. With only six buttons to click, you might assume that all you have to do is follow the instructions and have fun. That would be easy and boring if that were all there was to the game. The gameplay definitely does get more and more challenging as you go along. While there are some limits to the gameplay like having to complete the game as a straight line, there are also many alternative paths to find. There are numerous hidden objects to locate, levels to complete, and lives to gain. Without giving too much away, I will just say that certain characters are very hard to escape, and there are several endings to every level. While the gameplay gets challenging, it is still quite easy to pick up and play. The gameplay is very innovative and creative as well. Once you get the hang of it, you will never be bored as you chase after your hand-drawn hero as he or she chases after the princess in the castle. – 8.4/10 Gameplay: Gameplay is pretty standard for most Visual Novels and Casumi Games have done a great job with it. You have a few steps at the start and then you can move at your own pace. When I played it for the first time, I was able to beat the game in 3 hours. But then I had to play it a few more times to figure out all the different paths, and when I did I think I could have beat it easily in about 45 minutes. Now it’s just a matter of adding up all the alternate paths, lives, and of course, the odd music. So overall, the gameplay is
