First things first, I didn’t buy the game to spend money, but rather to play it. On paper, it sounds great, with complex plot and a smart combat system. However, the game was really poor in its implementation.
The goal is to go through a series of skirmishes to increase your potential to fight bad guys. To do so, you need to recruit members of a party of 4. Each party member has different stats like strength, and thus has a different role in battle.
For example, you can have a designated tank fighter who has high defense and is meant to take damage and then heal the other party members back to full health. Or you can have a support fighter who handles healing and buffing other party members. You can also have a medic and a sniper (2 different types).
In order to pick the most appropriate party members, you need to level up and get mastery points for each of them. To earn mastery points, you need to be the fastest, the strongest, and the highest health.
The limitation for improving your characters is that only each party member has a maximum amount of mastery points, and you cannot combine different members for a new mastery point gain.
I only managed to level up my characters after 10 hours of playing the game. If you want to progress further, you will have to spend plenty of money on items to increase their stats.
The story is very frustrating. One of the main quests can have you play only 2 episodes of the game, which means that the main story is entirely completed after all the skirmishes you have already done.
In addition, the game can’t really be completed because, after you finish the main quest, the story will still continue.
It is actually a strange game. I would like to recommend that you all try it on your own, as the game is much better for discovery than for story.
The combat system is very interesting, however. At first I wasn’t used to the concept. It consists of a gauge. When you see the gauge decreasing, you have the chance to attack the enemy, which has a chance to do damage to you. If the enemy attacks and you kill him in one hit, you gain experience points.

I’m not asking about the quality of the content, as I know that you guys only update content when the quality is deemed sufficient. If anyone has opinions on this, feel free to share them.
I’m not a fan of the change back to the February release schedule, but since this schedule doesn’t get us any closer to what we’ve been waiting for, I can’t really complain about it.
Actually, I’d prefer the new schedule as it limits the problems of filling up the entire month with updates… at least I think so.
