Cyclone is a puzzle platformer and physics-based action-puzzle game. The player controls a pilot named Boombox and can share the same fate as any other common citizen, if he doesn’t react fast enough. The world has been invaded by a group of heroes wearing mechanic suits and they are using mechanic objects to control the environment. The locations of the invisible Mechanic Outposts are scattered throughout the city and Boombox has to use all his skills to locate all the outposts and destroy them.
BoomBox can utilize many objects around him, such as a fire hose, an old telephone booth, a bike, the table he is sitting at and much more. Getting past obstacles and through the city to complete the game requires Boombox to be observant, flexible, and quick-thinking. At the same time, he must be careful not to harm innocent bystanders by hitting them with flying objects, overloading objects, or destroying them with mechanic gears.
The game features a unique physics based puzzle game mechanic. With the help of the mechanics, objects in the game can become alive, obeying their own set of rules. Objects can deform themselves, curving around each other and twisting in the most unusual ways to become a solid wall and create a completely new path to the exit. Objects can also act like a pusher on the players and push him into infinite loops. Boombox must use all his skills and ingenuity to escape unscathed.
The game was created by a small team of 3 people. The developer is a former intern at Valve, the creators of Portal and Half Life, and is part of the Valve Academy.

Stargazer Interactive, Inc. (Stargazer) is a privately held entertainment and marketing digital publisher based in Youngstown, Ohio that is best known for its video game console development and publishing of Nintendo DS and Game Boy Advance video games. As of July 18, 2006, they operated a total of 80 studios, publishers, and affiliates in Europe and the U.S. The company initially launched in part by acquiring publisher Ape’s Game Publishing in 2001.
History
In October 1999, Ape’s Game Publishing Ltd. announced plans to form their own Japanese division, becoming Ape Entertainment Corporation. The company’s first release was the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Smash Bros on the Game Boy Advance in Japan in 2000 and in the U.S. in 2001.
Ape Entertainment Corporation’s first U.S. release was WarioWare: Twisted! for the Game Boy Advance. On April 6, 2000, NTT DoCoMo announced they would launch the Game Boy Advance and the Game Boy Color at a special event in Tokyo at the time. At Ape’s showcase, where Nintendo hosted their product release showcase for the Game Boy Advance and GameCube, Nintendo executive Hiroshi Yamauchi announced that Ape Entertainment Corporation would be releasing the first Game Boy Advance game for a North American audience—Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Smash Bros. on May 3, 2000. This was the first American publishing company to launch a Game Boy Advance game.
Ape Entertainment Corporation released a different rendition of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Smash Bros. called Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Take on the Sewer Creatures on June 12, 2000 for the Game Boy Color. This was later ported to the Game Boy Advance (with changes made for the Game Boy Advance GameCube) and published by Stargazer Interactive in 2001.
In July 2000, Ape’s Game Publishing and Stargazer announced their first partnership on a Game Boy Advance title—Earthworm Jim. It was released on November 20, 2000 and later released as a GameCube and Nintendo 64 title on July 29, 2002.

In Brick Breaker, you can choose one of a set of 15 levels, set your brick breaker’s strength, and then can play the game in two different ways: „lively” or „strategic.” In „lively” mode, the brick breaker’s strength is not important, and the game ends when an „overpowered” or „hyperbrick” appears in the track; however, in „strategic” mode, stronger bricks require more consecutive hits to break, and there is a time limit for the player.
Mechanics:
The game consists of 15 levels, and in each there are 10 bricks (except the 5th and the 10th levels). In each level there are 6 possible trajectories of ball smashing. In each of these trajectories, the ball can crash into one or more bricks. The player can destroy the bricks by smashing them with the ball. The player can move the ball on a given trajectory by pressing the A, X, and D keys. A single brick can be destroyed by the ball on one of the six trajectories.
Defeating Enemies:
The goal of a player is to smash all the bricks on the trajectory, but the player is not allowed to collide with an enemy. In the „lively” mode of play, the player can smash 10 bricks, and then receive a bonus. In „strategic” mode of play, the player can smash 5 bricks, then receive a bonus, then smash 7 bricks, and so on. If, during a given level, the player runs out of time (normally 10 s), the game will end without receiving a bonus.
In the „lively” mode, the player can hit the target first with a single ball strike, then continue hitting, if the brick is not yet destroyed. In the „strategic” mode of play, the player must carefully move the ball from one brick to the next. In each level, the ball can strike an enemy, which then dispatches additional bricks onto the track.
In the „lively” mode of play, the player can defeat one or more enemies by smashing the ball into them; but in „strategic” mode of play, the player must smash the ball into the enemies without being struck by them.
